Freedom Holding Corp. placed on the exchange of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) – Astana International Exchange (AIX) – 5-year dollar bonds through its subsidiary Freedom Finance SPC Ltd with a yield to maturity in the range of 11.5-12% per annum. The US$200 mln bond issue, offered to a wide range of investors, is the first issue under the US$1 bn bond program. The bonds are officially listed on the AIX under the ticker FFSPC1.1228.
