/KASE, December 19, 2023/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 4, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Tamabek, Zh. Dairabaev, K. Orazaev, Y. Birtanov;
• elected: A. Sultanov, V. Aslanov, K. Maishev, G. Pazylkhairova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company Food contract corporation JSC consists of seven people: A. Sultanov, Y. Akhmetov, A. Juvashev, K. Maishev, G. Pazylkhairova, V. Aslanov, D. Yenkebayev.
