/KASE, December 8, 2023/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that A. Mukhamejanov quit the bank's Board of Directors of his own accord.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC consists of five persons: Y. Khamitov, L. Ibragimova, E. Yermekova, N. Tokobayev, S. Zhamalov.
