/KASE, December 7, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 4, 2023, M. Yelibayev was elected the Chairman of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of four persons: M. Yelibayev, B. Abisheva, A. Sharipov, B. Omarov.
