/KASE, December 7, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 4, 2023, M. Yelibayev was elected to the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of six persons: N. Baibazarov, A. Saydenov, Marcia Elizabeth Christian Favale, N. Aidapkelov, Y. Khamitov, M. Yelibayev.
