/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 5, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00010580 (MFTSb1,KZT500,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP (Abai region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 5, 2023.

Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced later.

More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect.
