Bonds KZ2P00010366 (MFRFb9) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – On December 5, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010366 (KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The financial consultant of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP is BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFRFb9.
