/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 5, 2023 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00010580 (KZT500,000, KZT10.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP (Abai region) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally.

Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.

The issue of these bonds is the first under the bond program of Microfinance organization "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 1, 2023 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn.

The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFTSb1.

The main activity of Microfinance organization "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP is micro-lending.

More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect.
