/KASE, December 4, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 24, 2023, S. Dosumov was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of five persons: S. Dosumov, Sh. Sadyrov, Michael Weinstein, S. Akhanov, Assem Bolatzhan.
