/KASE, December 4, 2023/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 29, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• S. Zhamalov,
• D. Kereybaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC consists of seven people: A. Buyanov, Jeri Kalmis, Pietari Kivikko, A. Lezgovko, A. Kishkimbaeva, S. Zhamalov, D. Kereybaev.
