/KASE, 01.12.23/ – MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) with its bonds in the official listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated November 28, 2023.

The sole shareholder, among other things, has decided to increase the total number of authorized shares of the company by issuing 23,363,110 common shares and 31,691,541 preferred shares.
