/KASE, 01.12.23/ – On November 30, 2023, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include KZ2P00010440 bonds (1,000 tenge, 2.0 billion tenge; 12 months; monthly coupon, 20.00% per annum) of Microfinance Organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the official KASE listing in the “commercial bonds” category) of the alternative platform.

Date when this decision of the Management Board takes effect will be announced additionally.

Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.

The indicated bonds have been assigned the abbreviated designation (trade code) MFRFb10.

More details about the issue of these bonds will be posted on the KASE Internet resource after this decision of the Management Board takes effect.
