/KASE, November 28, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 23, 2023, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Maksimova;
• elected: S. Dosumov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC consists of five persons: S. Dosumov, Sh. Sadyrov, Michael Weinstein, S. Akhanov, Assem Bolatzhan.
