/KASE, November 28, 2023/ – Joint Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 23, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Sagdiyeva, A. Tokeyeva, Sh. Ainabayeva;
• elected: R. Khairullayev, Mussa Adelya, O. Maketova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Joint Resources JSC consists of three persons.
