/KASE, November 27, 2023/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty) as a settlement agent for international bonds XS2586856879 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", EBRDe18; KZT48,500.0 mln; 23.02.23 – 23.03.24, floating quarterly coupon, TONIA Compounded + 0.90 %; actual/365) of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate for the third coupon period on these bonds was set at 17.99 % per annum, whereby:

• fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT45.84;
• total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT2,223,240,000.00.
