/KASE, November 23, 2023/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 22, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock.

The only issue on the agenda of said meeting is the issue of concluding a major interested party transaction.
