/KASE, November 22, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated
November 10, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's
Management Board:
- Sh. Zhussupov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- A. Abenova – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- K. Saparbekova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- K. Raikhanova K – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- O. Yugai – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Microfinance
Organization "KMF" LLP consists of five people.
