/KASE, November 21, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on November 21, 2023, the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2C00010429 (KMGZpp3; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years; semi-
annual coupon, 0.50 % APR; 30/360) of National Company "KazMunayGas"
JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 21,
2023.
