/KASE, November 20, 2023/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that S. Madiyev was removed from the composition of the Board of Directors, of his own accord.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five persons: N. Aidapkelov, A. Prashev, R. Orazbayev, N. Koshkimbayev, K. Sapulatov.
