Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT4.5 bn on KASE through subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00010171 (MFOKb16) with weighted average yield to maturity of 21.00 % per annum

/KASE, November 14, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2C00010171 (KASE main market, "bonds" category, MFOKb16; KZT1,000; KZT20.0 bn; 14.11.23 – 14.11.25; floating monthly coupon, 20.00 % per annum for the first coupon period; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) was conducted today in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. The underwriter during the subscription for the mentioned bonds is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). Bonds with a nominal volume of KZT5,000,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Subscription orders were collected on November 14, 2023 from 10:30 to 14:30 o'clock, Astana time. Three members of KASE took part in the trades (number of participants' accounts – 352). A total of 354 limit orders were submitted to the trading system in the amount of KZT4,525,0 mln (with a nominal volume of KZT4,599.5 mln), which were recognized as active as of the end of the order collection. The clean price in the submitted active orders varied in the range of 98.3783–100.0328 % % of the nominal value (19.9800–21.0000 % per annum), the weighted average clean price was 98.3808 % of the face value (20.9985 % per annum). Demand was 92.0 % of supply. In the total volume of active orders, legal entities accounted for 5.8 %, and the individuals – for 94.2 %. As a result of the offering, all active orders were executed. A total of KZT4,599,483 bonds were placed for a total amount of KZT4,525,006,650.1. According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals according to the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information are settled, the subscription is completed.
