Social bonds KZ2P00010226 (MFACb2) of MFO "Arnur Credit" passed listing procedure in "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, November 13, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 13, 2023 made a decision to include social bonds KZ2P00010226 (KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 19.00 % APR; 30/360) of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the first under the first bond program of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 9, 2023 in the amount of 5.0 billion tenge. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFACb2. More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-11-13]
