/KASE, November 13, 2023/ – On November 13, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00010171 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years; floating monthly coupon, 20.00 % APR for the first coupon period; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 29, 2023 in the amount of KZT100.0 bn.
