securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on December 11, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank's
shareholders;
- change in the bank's Board of Directors.
