/KASE, November 10, 2023/ – Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC (Almaty), which is a financial consultant to Emir Qurylys Astana LLP (Astana), has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about the following:

Emir Qurylys Astana LLP placed two-year bonds KZ2P00010267 (EMQApp1) with a coupon rate of 25 % per annum for a total amount of 800,000,000 (eight hundred million) tenge at face value.
