Results of public offering of common shares KZ1C00000959 (KEGC) of KEGOC on KASE

/KASE, November 10, 2023/ – As previously announces, a public offering of common shares KZ1C00000959 (KASE main market, "premium" category, KEGC) of KEGOC JSC (Astana) was carried out in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from October 16 through November 2, 2023. Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC acted as the seller during the public offering of these shares on KASE. Joint coordinators and bookrunners: Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC, Freedom Finance JSC, SkyBridge Invest JSC. Joint bookrunners: BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC), First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC. The number of shares issued was up to 15,294,118 pieces, offering price – 1,482 tenge per share. The settlement date for the public offering is November 9, 2023. At the end of the order collection period and checking the register by KASE and Central Securities Depository JSC, as well as reconciliation with KASE members, 37,445 orders with a total volume of 28.8 billion tenge were recognized as active. At the same time, the number of active orders received from individuals totaled 37,410 with a total volume of 12.6 billion tenge (43.9 % of the volume of accepted orders), which were submitted from 6,357 sub-accounts of holders and 19,240 personal accounts operated through omnibus accounts. Demand from institutional investors represented by insurance organizations, second-tier banks and brokers – 14.5 billion tenge (50.3 % of the volume of accepted orders) and legal entities – 1.7 billion tenge (5.8 % of the volume of accepted orders) . Demand to supply on KASE amounted to 127 %. A total of 18 members of KASE's stock market took part in the offering. Based on the results of the public offering, the issuer executed 37,444 orders for the purchase of 12,604,661 shares. The total volume of executed orders on KASE amounted to 18.7 billion tenge. At the same time, all active orders submitted by individuals were executed in full, orders from legal entities were partially executed, and one order from an institutional investor was not executed. As a result of the offering, securities worth 12.6 billion tenge (67.6 % of the offering volume on KASE) were received into the accounts of individuals; the volume of executed orders submitted by institutional investors amounted to 4.4 billion tenge (23.4 % of the offering volume), by legal entities – in the amount of 1.7 billion tenge (9.0 % of the offering volume).
