officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated November 7, 2023:

Hereby BASS Gold LLP (hereinafter – the Partnership) informs about the
progress of activities on the development of the Ushshoqy deposit regarding the
construction of the gold enrichment plant.
Thus, to date, crushing and grinding equipment has been commissioned to
prepare the ore mass coming from the mine.
The installation of hydrometallurgical ore leaching equipment continues.
In addition, during November of this year, additional units of equipment are
expected to be delivered to increase ore production volumes.
The Partnership plans to complete all necessary work within the schedule for the
construction of the new gold extraction plant and modernization of the mine by
the end of 2023.
After the factory is launched, the entire volume of ore mined at the Ushshoqy
deposit will be used to make the final product in the form of Dore alloy.
