/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023 decided to include bonds KZ2C00010304 (BTRKb9; KZT1,000, KZT250.0 bn; 15 years; annual coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 6, 2023.

The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
