Bonds KZ2C00010338 (IDFRb5) of Industrial Development Fund passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023, decided to include bonds KZ2C00010338 (KZT1,000, KZT232.0 bn; 15 years; annual coupon, 12.50 % APR; 30/360) of Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first under the second bond program of Industrial Development Fund JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 27, 2023 in the amount of KZT500.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Industrial Development Fund JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) IDFRb5.
