Bonds KZ2C00010346 (BRKZb36) and KZ2C00010379 (BRKZb37) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan pass listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023, decided to include the following bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00010346 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 15 years, annual coupon, 12.50 % APR; 30/360), ticker – BRKZb36; - KZ2C00010379 (KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; 15 years, annual coupon, 12.50 % APR; 30/360), ticker – BRKZb37. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. Issues of these bonds are the first and second ones under the tenth bond program of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 27, 2023 for a total amount of KZT500.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC.
