Bonds KZ2C00010304 (BTRKb9) of National managing holding "Baiterek" passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, November 6, 2023/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 3, 2023 decided to include bonds KZ2C00010304 (KZT1,000, KZT250.0 bn; 15 years; annual coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the ninth bond program of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on October 23, 2023 in the total amount of KZT1.5 trln. The financial consultant and underwriter of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BTRKb9. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-11-06]
