On 01.11.2023, the rating agency Moody's Investors Service (Moody's) upgraded the Bank's long-term ratings for deposits in foreign and national currencies to Ba3, as well as the baseline credit assessment (BCA) and adjusted BCA to b2. The outlook on long-term ratings was retained at Positive. The bank's short-term ratings have been affirmed. At the same time, Moody's upgraded the ratings on the national rating scale (NSR): long-term deposit rating to Baa2.kz and long- term counterparty risk rating (CRR) to A3.kz.

Thus, as of November 1, 2023, the Bank has the following ratings on Moody's scale:

• deposit rating "Ba3/Positive/NP";
• deposit rating on the national scale "Baa2.kz".
