On November 1, 2023, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Service changed the Bank's outlook from "Stable" to "Positive" and affirmed the following ratings of the Bank:

• long-term rating of deposits in national and foreign currencies at "Ba1";
• short-term deposit rating at "NP";
• long-term deposit rating on the national scale at "A2.kz";
• long-term counterparty risk rating at "Ba1";
• long-term counterparty risk rating on the national scale at "A1.kz";
• short-term counterparty risk rating at "NP";
• long-term counterparty risk assessment at "Ba1(cr)";
• short-term counterparty risk assessment at "NP(cr)";
• basic creditworthiness rating at "ba3";
