/KASE, November 1, 2023/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 27, 2023, Y. Makanov was elected to the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Industrial Development Fund JSC consists of seven persons: K. Sharlapaev, N. Baybazarov, R. Gapparov, M. Yelibayev, A. Jailaubekova, M. Alkenov, Y. Makanov.
