/KASE, October 31, 2023/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that Y. Ramazanov was excluded from the company's Board of Directors on his own initiative (powers will be terminated from the date of the next extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which is scheduled for November 29, 2023).

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC consists of five persons: A. Buyanov, Jerry Kalmis, Pietary Kivikko, A.Lezgovko, A. Kishkimbayeva.
