/KASE, October 31, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from October 31, 2023 trading in common shares US30231G1022 (sector "KASE Global", XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobil Corporation (USA) is suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on November 15, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading is suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be November 15, 2023.
