/KASE, October 27, 2023/ – On October 26, 2023, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2P00010200 (KZT1,000, KZT2.5 bn; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360);
• KZ2P00010218 ($100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360).

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later.

The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect.
