/KASE, October 23, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 19, 2023 decided to include the
following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance JSC (Almaty) in the
"commercial bonds" category of KASE official list:
- KZ2P00010234 (MFAFb4; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 360 days; quarterly coupon,
22.00 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2P00010242 (MFAFb5; $100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon,
12.00 % APR; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is October 23,
2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
