/KASE, October 20, 2023/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on October 19, 2023 decided to include the following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list: - KZ2P00010234 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2P00010242 ($100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP is BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty). Said bonds were assigned abbreviations (tickers) MFAFb4 and MFAFb5, respectively.
