KazWind Energy raised KZT3.0 bn on KASE through subscription by placing five-year green bonds KZ2P00010119 (KZWEb1) with a yield to maturity of 21.75 % per annum

/KASE, October 17, 2023/ – An initial offering of "green" bonds KZ2P00010119 (KASE alternative market , "bonds" category, KZWEb1; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 10.17.23 – 10.17.28; semi-annual coupon, 21.75 % per annum; 30/360) of KazWind Energy LLP (Astana) was carried out in KASE's trading system today by way of subscription to them. SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to these bonds. Bonds with a face volume of KZT3,000,000,000 were offered for placement. As part of the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Subscription orders were accepted on October 17, 2023 from 16:00 to 16:30 o'clock, Astana time. One KASE member took part in the trades. A total of one limit order for the purchase of bonds with a face volume of KZT3.0 bn was submitted to the trading system, which was considered active at the end of order collection. The clean price in the submitted order was 100.0000 % of the face value (21.75 % per annum). Demand was 100.0 % of supply. Based on the offering results, the order was executed in full. 3,000,000 bonds were placed for a total amount of KZT3,000,000,000.0. According to the data of Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of subscription to the said bonds was calculated by the time of publication of this information, the subscription was completed.
