Arnur Credit received a Gold Certificate for Client Protection Standards from
MFR
The Cerise-SPTF Client Protection Certification is an independent third-party
assessment that provides public recognition of financial institutions that meet
Client Protection standards.
Certification to the Client Protection Principles is highly valued by the
responsible financial industry, including many investors and donors, as it is
based on the "do no harm to the client" requirement – the minimum that most
interested parties expect from the sector.
The certification reviews an institution's policies, procedures, management
systems, training and marketing practices in eight client protection areas. The
standards and indicators have recently been revised and are fully aligned with
the latest version of the Universal Standards for Social and Environmental
Performance Management.
The new certification includes a process to recognize financial institutions
based on their performance and progress toward implementing favorable customer
protection policies and practices. For this reason, the certification provides
three levels of recognition (bronze, silver and gold), depending on the
percentage of indicators met.
Due to its commitment to customer protection, Arnur Credit has received the
Gold Certificate.
