/KASE, October 4, 2023/ – First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE of the decisions of its sole shareholder dated October 3, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- the company shall voluntarily apply to the authorized body for termination of
securities license;
- to approve the voluntary delisting of common shares (ISIN KZ1C00008077)
on KASE.
