/KASE, October 4, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 28, 2023, the following persons were elected to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• N. Zhaparkhanov,
• A. Kamalov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Samruk- Energy JSC consists of five persons: E. Ivchenko, K. Maksutov, R. Turgambayev, N. Zhaparkhanov, A. Kamalov.
