/KASE, October 3, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00006401 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", KZIKb31; KZT1, KZT30.0 bn; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 10.25 % per annum; 30/360) with changes, registered by the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on September 29, 2023, and a certificate of state registration of the
bond issue, replacing the one issued previously.
According to these documents:
- the certificate was replaced due to a decrease in the number of bonds and a
change in the maturity of the bonds;
- the number of bonds was reduced from 30.0 billion to 3.0 billion;
- the maturity of the bonds was changed from 10 years to 30 years;
- the interest rate was changed from 10.25 % per annum to 0.1 % per annum;
- the frequency of coupon payments was changed from twice a year every six
months to four times a year every three months from the date of
commencement of circulation throughout the entire circulation period of the
bonds.
