/KASE, September 28, 2023/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 15, 2023, K. Sharlapaev was excluded from the composition of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank JSC consists of six persons: Y. Khamitov, A. Mukhamejanov, L. Ibragimova, E. Yermekova, N. Tokobayev, S. Zhamalov.
