Shareholders of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance decided to increase number of the company's authorized shares

/KASE, September 28, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated September 22, 2023. The shareholders, among other things, decided to increase the total number of authorized shares of the company by issuing 15,435,378 common shares with a par value of 100 tenge and 3,363,110 preferred shares with a par value of 100 tenge.
