/KASE, September 19, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
(Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated
September 15, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the bank's net income for
2022 in the amount of 34,124,886,798.44 tenge:
- 17,062,443,399.22 tenge will be used to pay dividends;
- 17,062,443,399.22 tenge should be left at the disposal of the bank.
