are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with the following press release dated September 13, 2023:

Kazakhtelecom JSC informs about changes in the composition of shareholders
of Kazakhtelecom JSC holding five percent or more of the total number of
securities placed by the Company:
1. The only major shareholder owning ten or more percent of the voting shares of
the jointstock company is Samruk–Kazyna JSC - 8,655,561 ordinary shares of
Kazakhtelecom JSC are in possession (79.24% of the total number of placed
ordinary shares or 71.32% of the total number of placed securities of the
Company - ordinary and preferred shares) as a result of the transfer to
SamrukKazyna JSC of a full package of the Company’s common shares owned
by the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of finance
of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. JSC "First Heartland Jusan Bank" (Jusan Bank) became a shareholder owning
five percent or more of the total number of placed securities of the Company –
983,350 ordinary shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC are in possession (9.00% of the
total number of placed ordinary shares or 8.10% of the total number of placed
securities of the Company - ordinary and preferred shares) as a result of the
acquisition of shares on JSC "Kazakhstan Stock Exchange" (KASE)*.
3. The number of common shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC held nominally by The
Bank of New York Mellon** has decreased and is less than five percent of the
total number of outstanding securities of the Company.
