whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press release:

First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Jusan Bank, hereinafter referred to as the
Bank) hereby announces the acquisition of 983 thousand common shares of
Kazakhtelecom JSC at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE), which is 9 %
of the total number of issued common shares of the national telecommunications
operator.
The shares were purchased at an open auction. The acquisition price is the
market price established on KASE at the time of purchase.
The Bank acquired shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC in addition to its existing stake
in Kcell JSC as part of its strategy aimed at building a financial institution
with a high digital component in business.
