/KASE, September 13, 2023/ – KM GOLD JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
August 29, 2023.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated and audited separate financial
statements of the company for 2022;
- not to pay dividends for 2022 due to the lack of net income of the company
for 2022.
