/KASE, September 12, 2023/ – Crystal Management JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that A. Shayakhmetov resigned from the company's Board of Directors of his own accord.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Crystal Management JSC consists of five persons: A. Aubakirov, S. Kishkimbaeva, D. Saizinuly, I. Tabyldy, B. Balzhanov.
